FKA is looking for two full-time Project Managers with four or more years of experience to join our growing team.

At FKA, you’ll be part of the Service Delivery team that works closely with all our internal teams, including Creative Services, Media Services, Strategy and Client Services, as well as with clients, external vendors and contractors. You will ultimately be responsible for internal and external project management including management of resources, budgets, timelines and tasks. You’ll be using both your strategic and creative skills to assist in planning and executing amazing work. This role is responsible for negotiations and relationships with external vendors (printers, photographers, videographers, sound studios, talent agencies, etc.) as well as procuring quotes and ensuring accuracy in vendors’ estimates. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver with excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Candidates should possess:
- At least four years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in project management in the field(s) of marketing, communications, interactive or media.
- Proven to be someone who takes initiative and is detail-oriented, a creative problem solver, a critical thinker and incredibly organized.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively with a diverse range of people.
- Relevant education in business, marketing, or project management is an asset.
Salary: $54,000 - $66,000
FKA offers all Edmonton-based team members a hybrid work arrangement. Team members residing in other cities across Canada have a remote work arrangement with scheduled opportunities for in-person co-working.
