Starburst Creative’s Edmonton office is seeking a Content Coordinator to join a dedicated team for a new online national brand. Your work will be focused on an exciting new e-commerce startup backed by one of our clients, a well-known and established Canadian company.

The successful candidate will create, manage and maintain engaging social media and digital content for the start-up company’s social media platforms, including scheduled and real time content creation, post scheduling, monitoring and reporting—and remain current on emerging social media tools, trends and technologies.

You will report to and work with the Brand Manager to execute content strategy. You will work with the rest of the Starburst Creative team to develop content.

Requirements:

  • A marketing-related degree or diploma
  • Two years experience in social media coordination and/or management, preferably in an agency setting
  • Working knowledge of all major social media platforms and their functionalities, including scheduling and reporting, apps, best practices and advertising and business management.
