FKA is looking for a full-time Production Manager in Edmonton or Toronto with four or more years of experience to join our growing team.

At FKA, you’ll be part of the Service Delivery team that works closely with all our internal teams, including Creative Services, Media Services, Strategy and Client Services, as well as with clients, external vendors and contractors. You will be responsible for the production planning and execution for some of our clients’ advertising campaigns. You’ll be managing the production of multiple campaigns at the same time, and you’ll be responsible for the quality and accuracy of the work, which includes digital, video, audio and print assets. You’ll be asked to develop workflows and systems to keep the work organized, and you’ll be responsible for delivering on time and on budget.
The ideal candidate will be a problem solver with excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills. You’ll be using both your strategic and creative skills to plan projects and lead the team.
Candidates should possess:
- At least four years of relevant experience in production management in the field(s) of marketing or media
- Proven to be someone who takes initiative and is detail-oriented, a creative problem solver, a critical thinker and incredibly organized
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively with a diverse range of people
- Experience working in retail production management is an asset
- Relevant education in design, marketing, or project management is an asset
- Knowledge of French is an asset
The salary range for this position is $54,000 to $72,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
The FKA team currently works mostly at home but Edmonton employees work out of our downtown office every Wednesday. Team members residing in other cities across Canada have a remote work arrangement with scheduled opportunities for in-person co-working.
