Dynacor Media is currently seeking a dynamic outgoing individual to join our team in the position of Sales Professional.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, your primary role will be to cultivate new business opportunities, by prospecting for new customers, growing current relationships, and re-engaging previous clients, in the areas of eLearning and video production.

- Identify target markets and prospective clients within those markets.
- Nurture prospects into long-term clients.
- Establish and maintain business relationships with prospective and current customers to generate new business for the company’s products and services.
- Develop a strategic sales plan and activities to grow the business.
- Develop strategies to deliver superior client care to maximize sales, customer satisfaction and retention.
- Actively participate in professional associations, trade shows, and other networking opportunities to build strong awareness for the Dynacor brand.
- Collaborate with Dynacor’s teams to develop engaging proposals outlining proposed approaches, timelines and pricing to be presented to the client.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong interpersonal/networking skills and ability to interact positively and effectively with a wide variety of personalities at all levels.
- Diploma or degree in Sales, Business Development, or related training/education.
- Five + years of sales, business development, or other relevant experience within the eLearning industry is preferred.
- Competitive base salary and bonus plan.
