Description

FKA is seeking a full-time Account Coordinator in Edmonton or Toronto with one to three years of relevant experience. 

You will be a part of a dedicated, retail-focused project team servicing one of Canada’s largest national retailers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • ensuring all team members are aligned and working towards project goals by reviewing and distributing media briefs;
  • managing approvals of media plans and ensuring deadlines are met;
  • reviewing media plans and reports for visual standards;
  • management and coordination of creative assets;
  • troubleshooting production issues;
  • managing projects, timelines and budgets in our project management software;
  • and reviewing client invoices. 

As a day-to-day liaison with our client, you’ll be responsible for managing status meetings, negotiating budgets and timelines, updating project progress and sharing client updates with other agency departments and people. You will also be responsible for identifying issues and possible solutions and bringing those to your team lead(s).

This position reports to the Senior Account Manager at FKA. You’ll also work closely with retail-focused members of the media team and will liaise with our strategy and creative teams.

Candidates should possess:

  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • A strong attention to detail
  • An extensive understanding of project and time management and planning
  • Problem solving skills and a bias towards action
  • Knowledge of Google Suite products
  • French language skills would be an asset

The salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 depending on experience.

All Edmonton-based team members have a hybrid work arrangement. Team members residing in other cities across Canada have a remote work arrangement with scheduled opportunities for in-person co-working.
