We’re looking for a Customer Service Expert with knowledge in the Social and Digital world that is passionate, guest experience-driven, and enthusiastic to join our team! You will be actively working with our Ecommerce, Social Media and Logistics team to name a few. Your role is to manage all interactions between our Ecommerce customers (Phones, live chat, email, social media) by delivering a wow guest experience.
Handle all guest inquiries (Phones, live chat, email, social media) to ensure a great experience for our guest.
Educate guests on the Freddy DNA, community updates, company information, ecommerce updates and inquiries, retail updates and inquiries
Process product returns & exchanges from start to finish
Manage customer feedback. Ensure resolution, documentation and follow up on all complaints
Develop Creatives, blog posts and online events for all social channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat) to educate customers build our community culture
A Great understanding of Women’s Fashion and Freddy Pants
