The Job:
As a Marketing & Sales Professional with Dynacor you will devise marketing strategies to promote our product offerings in the eLearning, 3D/VR, and learning management software markets, and develop relationships with new clients while maintaining and expanding existing accounts.
Responsibilities:
Conduct market research, identify potential new customers, and initiate contact with key decision-makers
Represent Dynacor as a solutions-based strategic partner to new and existing clients. Set up and schedule needs analysis meetings between prospective customers and Dynacor team leads
Collaborate with prospective clients and propose multifaceted, innovative solutions using our eLearning, 3D/VR and LMS tools
Initiate research, development, and implementation of new markets for our eLearning solutions leveraging interactive eLearning, 3D/VR competency training/testing, and learning management software (SaaS)
Create and manage B2B marketing programs designed to build loyalty and increase sales through various sales channels
Monitor, evaluate, and report on competitor activities; make recommendations based on findings/opportunities discovered
Qualifications:
Proven experience and success in a solutions selling role (5+ years)
Undergraduate degree or college diploma required (business, commerce, marketing)
Strong analytical, project management and execution skills
Engaging, energetic personality
Experience marketing SaaS products and emerging technology is an asset
